Q. Why don't you give prizes for the winners ? A. As you all know,since inception there has been no ad on our site.We assure you, the day you see banners ads on our site we shall start giving prizes to the winners. This site is run by ourselves and we are not employed.
Sponsors are hard to come for websites now a days due to the demise of the dot coms. ( eg: Our own competitors Croremaster,Crorepati kaun, have either pulled off or stopped updating.And the official StarKBC.com is also pulled off to shift to Indya.com)
We don't want to promise prizes for just for the sake of becoming popular (like Croremaster who promised but failed). It would neither be satisfactory for you nor for us. Moreover it would amount to cheating.
Moreover no other site is giving prizes for winning on their site.Q. Why do the questions repeat and why don't a new set of questions load after losing once? A. Random questions in the format we are presenting you(ie High bandwidth version)amounts to a CD ROM which we will be giving for free!!!!!
We have a CD ROM format/version ready (like the mother of KBC-Who wants to be a millionaire CD). We cannot put the version on the net because we have spent a lot of time developing this game.
We will put that if we have sponsors backing us.
Only we two brothers manage this site and we tell you this site takes up a lot of time from our studies. We are continuously updating our engines from better to best.Q. Why don't you give a downloadable version of the game? A. We are thinking about this. You may expect this in a month or two.
The downloadable version has to be very good and has to update questions from our site regularly. We are thinking of even making skins for this game.
For eg. You can change the background of the kbc game. Surely this would be worth the wait..
